potential side effects. Your total appointment and monitoring period will last about two hours. Typically, these effects are most noticeable within the first hour following your Spravato treatment and gradually wear off. Milder side effects may include headache, nausea, or fatigue. Since you should not drive right after your appointment, you should have someone drive you to and from your treatment. You may also want to take time off work for the remainder of the day.
