I like this place but the place can be a joke at times but I’m happy I’m always in and out

Joel Perez

Not sure what the deal is with the other comments saying this place is bad, (I’m assuming everyones visit is different) but I was moving doctors and wanted to make the transition as smooth as can be so i contacted via email and got a response the next day with new patient forms, sent everything in then i got a call from the office to make an appointment (I didnt even have to call which made me think this office was pretty on point with their patients. Scheduled for an appointment within days after the phone call (thumbs up again) , appointment was at 9:30 i got called at 9:45 (again no biggie) talked with dr grover and was sent on my way home. Not sure what everyone is talking about…BUT the only issue I have is that my perscription was not sent to my pharmacy as soon as it should have been, I had to call the office back because my pharmacy had no records of any perscription being sent. (We are all human) anywho ill give 4/5 , keep up the good work ladies

Bob Morgan

I have had nothing but positive experiences with my practitioner and the staff, and I’ve been coming here since 2013.

Candice Dobbs

Front desk is very unfriendly. Not very nice to new clients or to anyone. They don’t answer the phones. And if you get a hold of them there very rude. They definitely need new front desk people.

Maria C Rivera (Christina)

Five stars I was wrong I thought increasing my Adderall would be best but miss ebony told me that not necessarily I take not a big dosage of Adderall and that’s enough to get your stuff done also look for a support group listen to your therapist they care here they really do care!❤️

Kelsey Fyffe

As a mental health provider, I often refer my clients to this practice. My clients have always received quality care with their doctors and NP’s, so much so that I have recommended them to family members of mine.

Tip for fellow new patients!

It is necessary you get here a bit earlier than your scheduled time.

Why?

As a new patient, you’ll have to fill-out a packet of your information and hand it in BEFORE your appointment.
It can take a while to fill-out, took me about 15 mins.

Fill out later than you’re scheduled time, and they may not take you in for the day.

Outstanding!! Dr. Grover is wonderful and the support staff was excellent from the first message, many phone calls and prompt emails in between made our first visit easy, comfortable and professional! These other reviews don’t even make sense to me! Just sitting watching the patients come and go being helped-I’ve seen nothing less of very professional and pleased clients! They have a great system here.

After reading all these 1 star reviews I am so surprised.. That has not been close to my experience at Memorial Park Psychiatry. I have been going here for several years now and never once had an issue. Scheduling has been easy, even the virtual appointments during the pandemic were super streamlined. They always send my prescriptions wherever I need them and have helped me with anything that I asked for. Dr. Grover is my absolute favorite and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Lorie Lackey

I have been a patient at Memorial Park Psychiatry for 20 years now. I started seeing Dr. Brams when I was 23 years old and have since seen several others. I have met the entire staff, including my favorite nurse Toni, Mr. Smalling and best of all, in my personal opinion, the hospital administrator, Sandy. I have witnessed a few of the staff move on to pursue other avenues but never have I encountered one single unprofessional, rude or unpleasant staff member there. From the receptionists to the nurses, the NPs,the MDs to the Manager, never once have I been treated more kindly and compassionately. The whole team works together like a family and have always made me feel like a part of that family. They have always gone above and beyond to assure my comfort, mental health and well-being. I have recommended numerous friends, co-workers and family to them who all agree 100% that if you’re seeking compassion, devotion, and dedication to resolving your issues, this is the only place to find it. In 20 years I’ve never been misled, mistreated, felt unimportant or anything other than trust, respect and dignity. I will continue to recommend and hold the highest respect for this well deserved practice of passionate people. And after 20 years I have experienced all types of situations so anyone upset about not getting an immediate call back or an appointment later than hoped for or any other disappointment, I suggest to consider that this is an extremely busy practice and if a mistake was made it was because we are all humans and it will be rectified asap if you express your concern instead of just discrediting the whole practice on review. Also, no doctor is free. They go to school for a long time so they can help other people. You get what you pay for so keep that in mind. Overall, if you had a bad experience, go somewhere else that fits your needs. Just because this one may not have doesn’t give you the justification to “warn” others not to try them. For the thousands of others like myself, I am healthy and happy due to their constant care and confidence. And I am so grateful for that.
